Client Policy

To provide the best experience for every client, please take a moment to review the following policies.

Booking & Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
  • Appointments are confirmed only after the deposit is received.
  • Remaining balance must be paid before or at the time of service.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24–48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once if notice is given within the required timeframe.
  • Last-minute cancellations may require a new deposit for future bookings.

Late Policy

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment.
  • Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened, rescheduled, or canceled depending on availability.

Guest Policy

  • To maintain a comfortable and professional environment, no extra guests unless approved beforehand.

Preparation for Appointment

  • Please arrive with a clean face free of makeup when possible.
  • Inform me of any skin allergies or sensitivities before your appointment.
